WCS Dashboard monitoring error

Hello
On our WCS version 5.1.3483 Dashboard
When we go to Monitoring > Streaming > Real-Time > Details
We get this error alert by the browser:
/ UI Layout Initialization Error
The center-pane element does not exist.
The center-pane is a required element.
And we get only blank page
