whitelabel error on Security-Certificates page

I'm getting a whitelabel error when I try to access the Security-Certificates page in the Flashphoner dashboard. I've just updated the server software and tried to import a new certificate via the dashboard, but it returns this error:

Whitelabel Error Page
This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback.

There was an unexpected error (type=Internal Server Error, status=500).
org.hibernate.exception.SQLGrammarException: could not prepare statement

Please help.

Thanks, that solution worked for me.

FYI: I had searched on whitelabel error before but didn't find that topic. It seems your search does not return results from the body text of a topic, only topic text (even though the checkbox is unchecked). Searching on 'Upload SSL Certificates error' did find that topic.
