Whitelabel Error Page

Hi,
my Flashphoner WCS5 is install on ubuntu Server 17.04.

sometime it will happen whitelabel error page as the attached file.
I try for restart the service it still cant get show Flashphoner login portal , until I restart the ubuntu the portal just back to normal.

may know is that have any advise for this issues.

Make sure your host name is added to /etc/hosts

127.0.0.1 myhostname

I already add the host name into hosts file before i post up this post.

Please send ssh access to logs@flashphoner.com
We will check logs.
You can also zip and share latest logs and configs WCS_HOME/logs and WCS_HOME/conf, we will check.

WCS_HOME/logs , is this the flashphoner_manager.log file you need it ?

We need all latest logs in this folder. For example, last 24 hours.

The logs are very short. There should be earlier flashphoner_manager.log.* and flashphoner.log.* from the time indicated in watchdog.log. Please zip the whole WCS_HOME/logs directory and send the archive if it isn’t too big, and specify when the Whitelabel Error Page issue occurred.

Also, according to the flashphoner.log, there is RTMP memory leak, which should be fixed in build 2482: https://forum.flashphoner.com/threads/outofmemoryerror.11118/#post-14082
