After upgrading to the latest flashphoner and SDK we think that old computers has issues sustaining a long chat.
Is it possible the new versions needs higher resources ?
(problem seems to be with computers older than 7-8 years)

Good day.
WebSDK uses browser API to establish WebRTC connection, publish and play video on the page. So yes, a modern Chrome (and other browsers) versions requires more CPU resources to encode/decode video, and older PCs resources may be not enough for this.
Disk IO performance also matters. You can try to upgrade the old PC to use SSD instead of HDD, and the system should work faster, including browsers.

Please clarify about an old PCs:
- hardware configuration: CPU, RAM, disk etc
- operating system
- browser version
- WCS and Web SDK versions
