iPhone video (one side)

Hi there

We have performed a test using your flashphoner Demo site (https://demo.flashphoner.com/client...deo-chat/video-chat.html?roomName=room-a1e431) and are facing an issue with PC chrome -> iPhone 7 (updated OS 14) with one side video issue, the PC chrome browser is receiving and sending the streams OK but the iPhone is not receiving the video from PC chrome. Earlier version of WCS was working Okay...

Can you kindly check and assist.

Hello

We recently checked with iPhone7 iOS 14.8.1 Safari, Windows 10 Chrome Version 101.0.4951.54 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Works fine.

Test

1. Open Two Way Video Chat on iPhone Safari

2. Join.

3. Open the Invite link (?roomName=12345) on Windows Chrome. Join.

4. Video works either on iPhone and on Chrome two way.

Please clarify test requirements.

Sorry the iphone 7 with iOS 14.4.2 is having one side issue..

Please update iOS to the latest build in 14 branch. Also, iOS 15 on iPhone 7 is working with demo.
Please also try to publish and play stream in Media Devices example. If Packets lost and NACK statistic parameters grow, then you have a channel issues betweent the device and demo server. In this case, switch to TCP transport or use other network (Wi-Fi instead of 3G/LTE).
