License Activation Issue

Hi there,

I have got this key from the flashphoner website via email. When i enter the key it says "Can't activate license". Kindly assist.

Good day.
Please, check your firewall and make sure the WCS is able to establish an HTTPS/TCP connection to the activation server my.flashphoner.com:443.
You can activate license in several ways:
1. Activation using web interface. On first logon to WCS web interface by address (default user/password admin/admin):

https://<your server>:8444/admin/
the request for license number is displayed. Please enter your license number.
2. Activation using command line. Run script to activate license and when ask you, enter the license number:

sudo /usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer/bin/activation.sh

I have tried running the command .

1) SSH access
2) License number
