Config file at /usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer/conf/flashphoner.properties there is not such parameter present "record_streams=false". We are a bit confused about how to start stream recording and where the recorded streams are stored.

Therefore if you don't see record_streams=false line this means it has default value
