Unable to see rtsp stream, but stream correctly open in vlc

Hello,
We have a stream that we can read with vlc but not with flashphoner (latest version of flashphoner).

We also have problems with rtsp with audio, unable to open them

Seems like you've not set a valid username and/or password to play RTSP stream.

By adding a password it works. Unfortunately we cannot expose this rtsp to internet.

This is not strange, it's a normal behaviour: if the stream is protected by username and password, both of them should be provided.

Yes indeed, but the camera didn't have a password, and it opened on vlc and not on flashphoner. Adding a password on the camera works, but it's not a blocking bug, thanks for the support:

We can debug this, but we need an access to the camera to debug. If you cannot provide the access, please use the workaround.
