Hi,
WCS server has started to fail suddenly. Although we see that the status is OK:

I've done some restarts but it doesn't work. See the attached file with the whole log.

Thanks in advance.

Hello
It looks like internal database was corrupted.
As a quick fix:
1) Stop server and kill all processes
ps aux | grep Flashphoner
2) Backup and remove db files WCS_HOME/database/*
Then try to run server again.

Hi again,
in the previous post I mentioned that it started to work, but actually it doesn.t. To be more exact, the calls only work when we restart the WCS. Here you have the traces I got:

Hello

Please follow the troubleshooting guide
https://forum.flashphoner.com/threads/troubleshooting.10768/
1. Stop WCS server and make sure the server is completely stopped and no server processes alive: ps aux | grep Flashphoner
2. Start WCS server
3. Make sure ports 8888 and 8443 are listening and open.

Try to start server in standalone (debug) mode
cd WCS_HOME/bin
./webcallserver start standalone

1. Please send standalone start logs
2. Please send flashphoner_manager.log
to support@flashphoner.com
We will check.

Hello
We have checked logs
Code:
10:56:42,160 ERROR SSHLifeCycle - main Could not start CRaSSHD java.net.BindException: Address already in use
Make sure port 2000 is not bound by another application. It looks like a cause why server does not start properly.

Thanks for your reply.
It seems that asterisk was listening that port, but anyway, I remove it and I have still the problem. In fact, now we have :

Hello
Print your hostname
Code:
hostname
Make sure your hostname can be resolved to IP address in /etc/hosts
Example:
127.0.0.1 myhostname localhost
Could you share your
1) hostname
2) /etc/hosts
Generally there is a startup issue when hostname is not resolved to ip

I've been checking this:

root@guti:/usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer-5.0.2526/logs/server_logs# netstat -anp | grep 1099
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:1099 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 11830/java
unix 2 [ ] STREAM CONNECTED 1098109983 11830/java
root@guti:/usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer-5.0.2526/logs/server_logs# netstat -anp | grep ':1098'
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:1098 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 12660/java
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:42914 127.0.0.1:1098 ESTABLISHED 11830/java
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:1098 127.0.0.1:42914 ESTABLISHED 12660/java
root@guti:/usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer-5.0.2526/logs/server_logs# netstat -anp | grep ':1099'
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:1099 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 11830/java
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:33508 127.0.0.1:1099 TIME_WAIT -
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:33354 127.0.0.1:1099 TIME_WAIT -

Actually the only app based on java that que use is WCS and in fact, if we stop it we have:
root@guti:/usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer-5.0.2526/logs# netstat -anp | grep ':1098'
root@guti:/usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer-5.0.2526/logs# netstat -anp | grep ':1099'

Sorry for so many questions but I'm a bit confused with it.

Try to disable IPv6 interfaces.
If it does not help, please arrange SSH access to this server. We will check.

We've done and even disable de iptables, but the problem still persists.
It seems that the problem is related to RMI service:
09:09:05,181 ERROR ystemOverviewService - Timer-1 Could not find RMI service [rmi://localhost:1098/NodeApi] in RMI registry; nested exception is java.rmi.NotBoundException: NodeApi

We've created a SSH access (i'll send it to you via mail).
