WebRTC is not visible in provider

I am currently making an WebRTC player,
If I create a player on the local server, WebRTC looks good
But WebRTC is not visible when I upload the source to the server

The source and connection environment of both are the same

Good day.
You have to set up SSL certificates on web server and open the player page via HTTPS for WebRTC to work.

Yes. HTTPS is needed for WebRTC to work in both cases, publishing and playback.
