As the above link is not working so I am not able to download the file and run project on android

Please try to use wget as described in docs
Note that you should replace 'x' character by latest build number from this page
For example, now it is build 1.1.0.13, so you should replace 'x' by '13':

wget http://flashphoner.com/downloads/builds/flashphoner_client/wcs-android-sdk/1.1/wcs-android-sdk-1.1.0.13.aar
