RTSP stream not working

Hi,
the stream rtsp://(...)@62.241.147.21:554/h264/ch1/main/av_stream does work in VLC but not in Flashphoner.
It is an AirCam OD-325HD H.264. The video profile is MJPEG/SXGA.
Is there a solution to get the stream through Flashphoner?

Supported format for RTSP
video: H.264 (MPEG4 part 10)
audio: AAC or G.711

MJPEG/SXGA is not supported.
Try to configure h264. It should work.

thanks for your answer!
We changed the video profile to h.264 with the webcam mentioned above. Still the stream failed in Flashphoner. The sdr log files just mentions FAILED:
0;WebRTC;rtsp://(...:...)@62.241.147.21:554/h264/ch1/main/av_stream;4ad505e0-4117-11eb-863b-67dcc33f8825;00:00:00;FAILED;Stream failed;;SUBSCRIBE;0;/86.89.219.242:51314/82.196.3.203:8443-1510a519-c4dd-4505-b4fe-1ad57e46ff29;

Where can I find more info what exactly goes wrong?
Still, in VLC the stream is fine...
(rtsp://(...:...)@62.241.147.21:554/h264/ch1/main/av_stream)

Please let know your WCS version and send the RTSP URL with the credentials using this link - we'll check the issue.

Got the URL. It is streaming video in MJPEG (unsupported by WCS).

Where can I switch to H.264?

Maybe Network settings.
If you provide access to the cam admin UI, we will be able to check.
Private form.

Try also mpeg4.
You can verify codecs using VLC player.
