Upgrading WCS to new version with Existing License

Good day.
You can just install a new WCS build over the old one: Updating 5.1 to 5.2 or one 5.2 build to another
It is recommended to make a backup copy of previous WCS installation, to rollback if something goes wrong.
Please note that Standalone license includes only one year of free updates. Ask sales@flashphoner.com for details.

how to take the backup of previous WCS installation, Is taking this folder copy is enough?
as shown in the attachment at below path
/usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer-5.2.xxxx path

Yes, this should be enough. For example

systemctl stop webcallserver
rm -rf /usr/local/FlashphonerWebCallServer/logs/*
cd /usr/local
cp -r FlashphonerWebCallServer-5.2.* FlashphonerWebCallServer-5.2.*-backup
