2nd publish fails when using conference(Room API)

Hello.
When using conference(Room API), it fails from the 2nd publish.

1. Join in the conference sample. (It will be published.)
2. Stop the publish stream. (It will be unpublished.)
3. Publish again. Failed occurs.

1) In the server log, 500 (internal (server error) is confirmed.​

2) The fail response is also checked in the browser.​

1. It also fails at demo.flahphoner.com (v.2.0.190-5.2.1014-361a04d4adc9ce78c16915124357629d74ffdbd7).
2. However, it works normally in WCS version 5.2.971.

We reproduced the problem and raised the ticket WCS-3313 to fix it. Will let you know here about results.

We fixed the issue in WCS build 5.2.1047. Web SDK should also be updated to 2.0.199.
