mixer recording not performed

Hi there

We are using video chat API with auto mixer based recording using WCS version v.2.0.212-5.2.1140-7ce4ffa8483526ce9bd4c94fe80ab0247659e3d5

We have noticed that since we have updated the version there is a recording issue occurring and many times there are no videos recorded in files, where as it was running OK in the earlier WCS release.

Kindly assist how to check this issue which might be a server permission or WCS version related issue.

Please update WCS to latest build 5.2.1228. If the issue still reproducing, please collect a report as described here (no traffic dump needed) and send using this form.

The current available WCS download is v.2.0.218-5.2.1232-cbc4bc0e11d2acd7d492723dea069f21bdd4159c

will this work?
