iPhone issue in Video Chat

Hi there,

We are testing the video chat service for client and are almost ready to go for production, however the client have noticed that the Video chat is only working one sided from earlier versions of iOS 12 and earlier... however it was also noticed that the MCU_Client app is running OK from all the versions.

Kindly assist how to enable this as we are almost ready for the production deployment.

Hi there, we have upgraded the iPhone on 14.01 and tested it, however the local video is only showing black screen after the permission, but after the call establishment it is sending the local video to the remote end...

Please see the following 2 pics of the 2 activities...

Please note that the same result is achieved with your demo server ... iPhone having black screen as local video (Getusermedia)
we further tested the iPhone with GetuserMedia seperately to ensure if the camera is OK, and it works fine...

Please update the server to build 5.2.780, it will fix a security issue and contains latest WebSDK build 0.5.28.2753.149. With those builds, we cannot reproduce the isssue on our demo server.

Hi there,

we have updated the version as per your instructions, however the issue is still not fixed, the previous release was only having a local video issue but it was sending the stream to remote user, but this build is not even sending the stream to remote user neither the local camera is showing a local video to iphone user.

we were thinking that we might have some files corrupted but the same issue is occurring when we are connecting with your demo site https://demo.flashphoner.com/admin/demo.html#.

Kindly connect to our server and test the issue and assist.

Hello,

Checked the Video Chat both with the demo server and your server with iOS 14.0 and iOS 12.4.8 - the issue has not been reproduced: local video is displayed, and the video is streamed to the other participant.
Please verify again that the device does not have any issue with camera access and if the issue is reproducible with any other devices.
